Is Aqua blue® a filtration device?
No, Aqua blue® does not filter water. Instead, the device restores the crystal structure of water and in so doing works as an excellent natural water softener.
Most water filters by nature damage your water's structure. If you have a water filtration system, or are looking to install a water filtration system, consider using Aqua blue® post water filtration to bring bring filtered water back to life.
How is the device installed?
Aqua blue® is attached (using velcro) directly to the main water pipe as it enters the house or apartment. It takes less than 5 minutes to install and you can remove it easily when you change residence. Once the device is installed, ensure it hangs free from obstruction and make certain that the fit between the unit and the pipe is tight with no gap between the unit and the pipe.

Will Aqua blue® add salt to my drinking water like other water softeners?
No, Aqua blue® revitalized water is a salt-free, chemical-free, magnet-free water softener.
Does Aqua blue® require electricity?
No. The Aqua blue® "impulse" is generated without the need of electrical power soft.
How long is the guarantee of an Aqua blue® device?
Aqua blue® devices are guaranteed to operate as promised for five (5) years.
All Aqua blue® devices carry a money-back SATIFCATION guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, return them within 30 days from delivery for a refund of your entire purchase price.
How long does the Aqua blue® natural water softener & revitalizer last?
All Aqua blue® devices are guaranteed for 5 years from purchase date. Because the device is 100% maintenance free, it is expected to continue operation for twenty (20) years or more.

I always loved the taste of the water in your house, at in the homes of friends who are using Aqua blue devices.
When we first installed our device, I was disappointed by the taste of our water. HOWEVER, I remembered you telling me, that sometimes, depending on the disposition of the household pipes, it can take a bit to "clean out" the pipes.
Well, THAT WAS EXACTLY THE CASE! Our water now tastes great ... along with another surprise ...my grey hair seemed a little yellow before is yellow no more.
I went to get a haircut and my hairdresser Michelle asked me, Sabine "Are you doing something different with your water." First I said no, because I don't really think about that little device working in the basement but then, remembering, told her about Aqua blue "reshaping" our water.
I do not dye my hair or swim in the pool, so for me having somewhat yellow gray hair did not make any sense, so that leaves the town water as the only culprit.
She cut away all my grey-yellow hair and now I am left with, I must say, a very pretty silver grey.
